**Job Title: Sales Executive** **Job Summary:** As a Sales Executive for our cloth shop, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your role will involve assisting customers in finding the right clothing items, offering fashion advice, and promoting special promotions and sales initiatives. You will also play a key role in maintaining the visual appeal of the store and ensuring that merchandise is neatly displayed and organized. **Responsibilities:** 1. Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding clothing items that meet their needs and preferences. 2. Provide personalized fashion advice and styling tips to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions. 3. Actively engage with customers to promote special promotions, sales, and events happening in the store. 4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. 5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising and restocking clothing items as needed. 6. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock situations to the store manager. 7. Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, product returns, and exchanges. 8. Continuously stay updated on current fashion trends and product offerings to better assist customers. 9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store. 10. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. **Qualifications:** 1. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion or clothing industry. 2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 4. Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures. 5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 8. Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends. **Education:** - High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in fashion merchandising or retail management is a plus. **Salary:** Salary may vary depending on experience and location. Typically includes base pay plus commission or bonuses based on sales performance.
