We are also one of the few Fintechs to be profitable and currently valued at USD 200 million, with monthly disbursals of around INR 400 cr.Founding Team :Achal Mittal NMIMS Alum, Ex ICICI, HSBC and co-founded RentomojoGautam Adukia IIM C Alum, Ex IIFL, Housing.comDesignation : Senior Product Designer (Senior Manager/AVP)Roles & Responsibilities :Establish, manage and lead a collaborative design process from user research, competitive benchmarking to finally delivering designs.Work closely with the Product Team to define the strategy and roadmap using user research.Create wire-frames, mockups and engaging prototypes, and help implement designs.Ability to simplify problems, generate user flows, incorporate feedback and work iteratively, validating potential solutions with users and stakeholders alike.Mentor and coach other Product Designer(s).Deliver company and team objectives through actionable design initiatives.Help build and evangelize LiquiLoans' design culture and processSkills required :5+ years of great hands-on Product Design experience across Web & App platformsExcellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skillsAbility to understand business priorities and manage multiple projects at the same timeA people's person with proven interpersonal skills to handle stakeholdersTeam handling skills is a big plusProficiency in at least one Design Tool - Figma, XD etc.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript will be a plusVoracious learner with an interest in finance And, you believe the world's problems may be solved with better design!
