The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of data analytics, the ability to assure data quality, and the ability to deliver business insights.Required Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or related field.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Data Governance hands-on experience (Data Quality, Governance, MDM).- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Data Modelling, ETL, experience with PowerBI or Tableau.- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Key Responsibilities :- Collect and analyse complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support analysis and reporting.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and new data-driven initiatives.- Create reports and visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders effectively.- Continuously monitor data quality, identify data anomalies, and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.
