The Role:We are looking for a Product Manager to spearhead Innovapptive's connected worker platform Saas Products for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Operations and Supply Chain. The connected worker platform brings the maintenance front-line workers, back-office and connected assets (IiOT) together on one unified platform to perform jobs better, faster, cheaper and safer. This person will be responsible for product roadmap planning and execution, from ideation to adoption. We are aggressively expanding our market penetration into several industry verticals with a special focus on Oil & Gas, Utilities, Chemicals, Metals & Mining and Industrial Manufacturing. And we need a dynamic, fast-paced Product professional who can get things done.How You Will Make an Impact:Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a high-impact product strategy that aligns with our vision and goals. Identify market opportunities, conduct rapid market analysis, and translate customer insights into actionable plans. Drive the roadmap to deliver innovative solutions that set us apart from competitors.Rapid Iteration and Execution: Champion a culture of speed and agility, driving rapid product iteration and execution. Set high bars for quality, efficiency, and speed-to-market. Break down complex problems into actionable steps, and relentlessly prioritize to deliver results quickly.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align product vision and execution. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and cross-functional excellence. Work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.Customer-Centric Mindset: Deeply understand our target customers, their pain points, and needs. Conduct user research, customer interviews, and usability studies to gather insights and validate product decisions. Advocate for the customer throughout the product life cycle and be their voice in the organization.Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and metrics to make informed decisions. Monitor key product metrics, conduct A/B testing, and perform user behavior analysis to gain insights. Leverage data to iterate on features, optimize user experiences, and drive product success.Startup Mindset: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. Embrace ambiguity and take ownership of challenges. Display entrepreneurial spirit, innovative thinking, and a willingness to take calculated risks. Drive the cross-functional discussion on competitive offerings and potential response regarding product packaging, positioning, and pricingInfluence product roadmaps: Leverage industry trends and market opportunities to help influence product roadmap and prioritization working closely with Product Management, Engineering, User Experience teamsTeam Player: Support the strategic product marketing vision and work closely with marketing, sales, and product managementWhat You Bring to The Team:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline). A Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B SaaS products, meeting aggressive timelines and high-quality standards.Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making.Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools.Passion for startups, technology, and staying at the forefront of industry trends.Demonstrated ability to work effectively across business, partner, and technical teams to deliver resultsAnalytical experience including converting raw data into actionable insights and recommendationsExcellent communication skills - written and verbalAbility to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environmentPreferred Qualifications:Domain expertise in maintenance, EAM, and Plant OperationsHands-on in SAP PM or IM ModulesExperience in Products built on AWS SaaS companies preferredWorking closely with leadership or Senior Executives in a startup environmentExperience in building, mentoring and managing a team of Associate PMs, Product owners, UX designers or BAs is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
