ITXAssociate Software EngineerSUMMARY:Associate Software Engineer Interacts with business stakeholders and other technical team members to gather and analyze business application requirements.What you will do:Interact with business stakeholders and other technical team members to gather and analyze business application requirementsDesign integration solutions to satisfy application (business and technical) requirementsImplement integration solutions using WebSphere Message Broker, ITX and WMQProvide assistance to the test teams and support teams as appropriate Provide written status reports with regard to project status, task, and issues/risksWhat you will need:Technical Skills: (2-8 years of experience in the below skills)IBM WTX, ITX 10, WMQKnowledge of SQL and UNIXEDI Industry Standards and other data formats - ANSI X12, EDIFACT, ROSETTANET, TRADACOMS, XML, Idocs , Proprietary formats (Fixed Length, Delimited), Good knowledge on Communication Protocols, this would be HTTP, HTTPS, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, plain FTPOther Necessary Skills:Fluent English - daily communication Analytical skillsExcellent Written & Verbal communication skillsBehavioral skills:Strong customer focusStrong analytical thinkingTeam PlayerExcellent influencing and negotiatingPersonal drive, commitment to excellence, resilience in adversity (ref:hirist.tech)
