We are representing our client, a leading unified digital commerce and customer experience management platform company with global offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and Bangalore.Responsibilities :As the UI Manager, you will lead a team of skilled UI developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, development and QA managers, and cloud ops/customer success leads. Your primary responsibilities will be :Spearheading the development of product features and enhancements on our cloud-based customer experience platform.Providing guidance and mentorship to the UI development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and define project scopes.Implementing best practices and standards for UI development, ensuring adherence to design principles and optimization for performance and user experience.Overseeing UI architecture and technology decisions, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputable college/university.Extensive experience in UI development, with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in UI development.Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing and mentoring teams.
