Description:

Role : SAP FICO- CONSULTANT. LOC : Bangalore Hybrid. NP : 0 -20 days Joining. Exp : 7-12 years. Responsibilities :- As an SAP- FICO- (Financials and Controlling) Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting financial and controlling processes and solutions within the SAP system.- You will work closely with cross functional teams, including finance, accounting, IT, and other business stakeholders, to ensure effective utilization of SAP. FICO- modules to meet business requirements.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : SAP- FICO : - Experience directly within a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment, especially in retail.- At least two full life cycle SAP- FICO- Implementation experience - Project preparation to Go-Live. - Functional Specifications for customizations and enhancements which include Financial Reports, program changes as per Business Requirement.Analysis and Design : - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements related to financial and controlling processes.- Analyze business processes and systems to identify gaps and propose solutions using SAP- FICO- modules.- Design and configure SAP- FICO- modules to meet business requirements.Implementation : - Lead or participate in SAP- FICO implementation projects, including system configuration, testing, and data migration.- Provide guidance and support to other team members involved in the implementation process.- Collaborate with other functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP- FICO- with other SAP modules and external systems.Support and Maintenance : - Provide ongoing support for SAP- FICO- modules, including resolving incidents, analyzing and fixing issues, and providing end-user training.- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP- FICO- releases, updates, and best practices, and provide recommendations for system improvements.Documentation : - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration documents, user manuals, and training materials.Business Process Improvement : - Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the financial and controlling areas.- Provide recommendations to optimize business processes using SAP.Stakeholder Management : - Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of SAP- FICO- projects and support services.- Communicate and present complex concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner to different audiences, including business users, management, and technical teams.- Periodical Closing Activities in Month end and Year end closing activities relating to both FI and Co. Qualification : - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.- Strong experience in SAP- FICO- modules, including configuration and implementation.- Knowledge of financial and controlling processes, such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and financial reporting.- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.- Experience with SAP- FICO- integration with other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, and HR.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.- SAP- FICO- certification is a plus.
