Description:
Responsibilities :- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot a complex network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, SANs, and network attached devices.- Ensure optimal performance, security, and stability of all network and system resources.- Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive data.- Provide comprehensive support for Microsoft Windows server environments.- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco networking equipment (CCNA or CCNP certification preferred).- Design, implement, and test backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.- Conduct regular system audits and proactively identify and address potential issues.- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical challenges.- Oversee network and system maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to best practices.- (Optional, if applicable) Evaluate staff performance, provide development opportunities, and recommend training for the IT team.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).- Minimum of 7 years of experience in network and system administration.- Extensive experience and knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments, Cisco technologies, local and wide area networks, and security principles.- Prior management experience (a plus).- Network certifications in Cisco (CCNA or CCNP) and Microsoft Windows Server (preferred).- Working experience and thorough understanding of SANs, backup systems, disaster recovery, and emergency preparedness (strongly desired).
