Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Identity Manager Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in helping us design, implement, and maintain robust identity and access management solutions for our organization. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of OIM to ensure secure and efficient access control for all our users and systems. Responsibilities: - Expertise in Oracle Identity Manager: Design, develop, and implement OIM solutions to meet complex business requirements. Configure and manage OIM integrations with trusted sources like WorkDay, Active Directory, Fieldglass, etc. Manage and maintain OID, OUD, and Trusted Database Connectors. Develop custom application integrations (connected and disconnected) using OIM's extensibility features. - Implement custom Adapters, Event Handlers, Schedulers, and Email Notification workflows. Configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within OIM. - Implementation and Support: Lead the installation and patching of OIM environments in different stages (DEV, QA, STAGING, PROD). - Gather requirements from stakeholders and provide tailored design and solution options. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to OIM functionality. Manage the promotion of builds to higher environments with minimal disruption. - Workflows and Integrations: Design and implement OIM workflows using SOA composites. Manage WebLogic administration tasks related to the OIM environment. Additional Skills (Good to Have): - Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and token-based authentication. - Strong SQL knowledge and experience in building BI reports for OIM data. - Proficiency in core Java and programming concepts. - Experience with developing and consuming REST APIs for integration purposes. Key Qualifications: - 8-10 years of experience working with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). - Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IAM solutions. - Strong understanding of OIM architecture, components, and functionalities. - In-depth knowledge of OIM integrations with various source systems. - Experience with OIM customization techniques - GTC Connectors, Custom Adapters, Event Handlers, etc. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in IAM technologies.
