Responsibilities : - Architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance Java-based solutions to address business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, technical requirements, and constraints. - Lead the technical design and development of enterprise-level Java applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, promoting excellence in software design and engineering. - Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability of the codebase. - Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and development methodologies. - Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve our development processes and capabilities. - Work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to prioritize tasks and deliver solutions on time and within budget. - Lead technical discussions and present architectural proposals to clients, demonstrating the value and feasibility of the proposed solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and drive project success.
