Overview :- We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Technical Business Analyst with 12 to 15 years of experience in the financial services industry to join our team.- The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and relevant teams to gather and document business requirements for financial services applications.- This role requires expertise in analyzing APIs, defining system requirements, creating comprehensive specifications, and ensuring accurate implementation through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities :Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and relevant teams to gather and document business requirements for financial services applications.- Conduct workshops, interviews, and discussions to elicit requirements effectively.Analysis and Documentation : Analyze APIs, associated business processes, workflows, and system requirements to document and drive effective solutions.- Create comprehensive functional/technical specification documents for development and integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry regulations.API Specification : Document API specifications, including metadata, constraints, and data mapping/transformation rules.- Ensure clarity and accuracy in API documentation to facilitate seamless integration and interoperability between systems.Communication : Effectively communicate insights, plans, and requirements to cross-functional team members, including developers, QA engineers, project managers, and senior management.- Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks.Information Reporting : Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports to inform decision-making processes.- Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders as needed.Collaboration with Development and QA Teams : Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and successful testing.- Review deliverables to ensure alignment with specifications and business requirements.Testing Activities : Plan and execute testing activities, including defining test cases, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring proper defect management and resolution.- Verify that implemented solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.Alignment with Business Objectives : Ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives, industry regulations, and best practices in the financial services sector.- Provide guidance and recommendations for process improvements and optimization.User Training and Support : Assist in user training and support activities, addressing inquiries and concerns related to system functionality, processes, and workflows.- Provide ongoing support to end users to ensure effective utilization of financial services applications.- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in financial services and business analysis.- Apply knowledge and insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.- 12 to 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, with a focus on technical analysis and solution documentation.- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for financial services applications, including APIs, workflows, and system requirements.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective solutions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Experience in creating comprehensive functional/technical specification documents for development and integration projects.- Knowledge of financial services industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.- Experience in planning and executing testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect management.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
