Description:
As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of data/information within the organization's applications portfolio. Your primary focus will be on delivering robust and scalable data architectures that align with the business goals of the organization.Responsibilities :- Technical Leadership : Provide technical thought leadership on High-Level Architecture and Design, data modeling, and data strategy & adoption for Ingestion and Analytics Applications within the IT domain.- Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to demonstrate the business value of new strategic platforms and build relationships to support program delivery and architecture adoption.- Alignment with Business Strategy : Understand the overall business strategy and ensure that the corporate data management vision aligns with the goals of management and other stakeholders.- Mentorship and Collaboration : Mentor other data developers and architects in the development of complex data/ETL/BI solutions.- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure data architecture alignment with portfolio initiatives.- Vendor Management : Monitor the work of vendor partner resources and collaborate with Database Administrators/Analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.- Business Intelligence Platform : Lead the architecture, design, and development of the business intelligence platform, ensuring scalability to handle increasing data demands.- Support for Development : Provide support to Java programmers for the design of efficient and correct dynamic SQL statements.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MCA, BCA, or related field.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, modeling, data analysis, or reporting.- Proven work experience as a Senior Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role.- In-depth understanding of database structure principles.- Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements.- Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques.- Conceptual thinker with the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.- Experience working with programming design and coding languages.- Practical experience with a variety of data model tools (e.g., Sybase PowerCenter, Erwin, UML).- Experience with architecture and deployment of software components into cloud-based infrastructures, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS).
