We are seeking a talented SAP SF Workzone Consultant with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Workzone to enhance our clients' HR and talent management processes.This role requires expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Workzone, along with hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects.Responsibilities :SAP SuccessFactors Workzone Implementation: - Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Workzone module from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.- Configure Workzone settings, user roles, permissions, and content to meet client requirements for employee experience and productivity.Module Configuration: - Configure SAP SuccessFactors Workzone to provide a personalized, intuitive, and engaging user experience for employees, managers, and HR professionals.- Customize Workzone landing pages, dashboards, and widgets based on user roles and preferences.Content Management : - Manage content within SAP SuccessFactors Workzone, including documents, forms, announcements, news articles, and multimedia resources.- Ensure timely and relevant content updates to keep employees informed and engaged.Integration :- Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Workzone with other HR systems, such as SAP HCM (Human Capital Management), Employee Central, and Learning Management System (LMS), to provide seamless access to HR services and information across the organization.User Training and Support : - Provide end-user training and support for SAP SuccessFactors Workzone module.- Conduct training sessions, create user guides and tutorials, and provide ongoing support to employees, managers, and HR users.System Testing : - Plan and execute system testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate the functionality and performance of SAP SuccessFactors Workzone solutions.- Ensure compatibility with different devices and browsers.Issue Resolution : - Investigate and resolve issues reported by end users related to SAP SuccessFactors Workzone functionality, user interface, content display, and performance.- Escalate complex issues to SAP support as needed.Best Practices : - Stay current on SAP SuccessFactors Workzone best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.- Recommend and implement best practices for Workzone configuration, content management, and user experience optimization.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support, with a focus on Workzone module.- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Workzone module configuration, customization, and content management.- Strong understanding of user experience design principles, usability standards, and accessibility guidelines.- Experience with SAP implementation projects, including system configuration, testing, and user training.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Workzone module is preferred.
