Qualifications :- Proven experience as an AS400 System Administrator,- In-depth knowledge of AS400 architecture, operating systems, and utilities.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to AS400 systems.- Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards for AS400 environments.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills :- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a AS400 technical team lead with below:- Advanced Level hands-on exposure in IBM-i platform - IBM Certified System Administrator - IBM i.- Experience with virtualization technologies on AS400.- Knowledge of RPG programming language.- Familiarity with IBM Power Systems hardware.
