About the Role :- We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Lead Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in leading successful HCM implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support for our clients.- You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud to design, configure, and optimize HR processes, ensuring a seamless user experience and maximum business value.Responsibilities :Project Leadership :- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of HCM consultants throughout the project lifecycle.- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.- Oversee all project activities, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and user training.- Manage client expectations and communicate project progress effectively.HCM Expertise :- Possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle Core HR and Talent Management modules.- Demonstrate experience with additional Fusion HCM modules such as Workforce Compensation, Health and Safety, and HR Helpdesk.- Translate client business needs into optimal HCM configurations and workflows.Implementation & Support :- Lead the complete implementation lifecycle, encompassing needs analysis, design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.- Provide ongoing support to clients after deployment, resolving issues and optimizing HCM functionality.- Manage upgrades and ensure system performance and stability.Process Improvement :- Lead the design, build, and implementation of enhancements to HR processes and organizational structures.- Analyze client workflows and identify opportunities for streamlining and automation.Technical Skills :- Experience in integrating Oracle HCM with third-party solutions using native integrations, data extracts, and middleware.- Configure HCM role-based security access and manage registration certificates.- Manage Redwood Design Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and lead the transition from classic UI to Redwood.- Experience with Oracle Visual Builder, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and process automation tools.- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.Qualifications :- 8+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant or a related role.- Proven track record of leading successful Oracle HCM implementations and upgrades.- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
