Description:
Testing & Quality Assurance :- Proven experience in application development testing methodologies (e g. black-box, white-box testing).- Ability to create comprehensive test scripts and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios that cover all functionalities.- Proficiency in using a test management tool like Microsoft Test Manager Suite (or similar) to manage and track testing activities.Documentation & Training :- Experience in developing clear and concise training materials (e. g. , user guides) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for QA processes.Communication & Collaboration :- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration across all levels: executive, business, and technical teams.- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.Project Management :- Experience in managing and organizing testing efforts, including:- Creating test plans that outline testing scope and strategy.- Developing test scenarios for System Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT.- Effectively coordinating user participation in testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.Education & Certifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related business field, or equivalent experience.Additional Skills (Preferred) :- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (e. g., Scrum, Kanban).- Proficiency in using Microsoft Visio and Project for project management and planning.- Experience with Team Foundation Server (Dev Ops version) for development collaboration.Technical Skills (Preferred) :- Experience with API testing tools like SOAP UI. (Bonus: Load UI/Load Testing experience)- Working knowledge of SQL Server and LDAP for data access and management.- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Reporting Services for generating test reports.
