SAP SF ECSC (Employee Central and SuccessFactors Compensation) Consultant Overview :- We are seeking an experienced SAP SF ECSC (Employee Central and SuccessFactors Compensation) Consultant with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team.- The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central (EC) and Compensation, to meet our clients' HR and talent management needs.- This role requires deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, configuration, integration, and hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects.Responsibilities :- SAP SuccessFactors Implementation: Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Employee Central (EC) and Compensation, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.- Configure system settings, business rules, and workflows to meet client requirements. - Module Configuration : Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC), Compensation, Variable Pay, and related modules, to support HR processes such as employee data management, organizational management, compensation planning, and performance management.- Integration : Integrate SAP SuccessFactors modules with other HR systems, such as SAP HCM (Human Capital Management), payroll systems, and third-party applications, to ensure seamless data flow and process integration across the HR landscape.- Customization : Customize SAP SuccessFactors functionality as needed to accommodate unique business requirements. - Develop and implement enhancements using SAP SuccessFactors tools, such as the Metadata Framework (MDF), Business Rules Engine (BRE), and Employee Central (EC) Payroll Control Center (PCC).- Data Migration : Assist in data migration activities related to employee master data, organizational data, and compensation data.- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during data conversion and migration processes.- User Training and Support : Provide end-user training and support for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central (EC) and Compensation.- Create training materials, documentation, and job aids to facilitate user adoption and proficiency.- System Testing : Plan and execute system testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate the functionality and performance of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.- Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve issues reported by end users related to SAP SuccessFactors functionality, data discrepancies, system errors, and performance issues.- Escalate complex issues to SAP support as needed.- Best Practices : Stay current on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.- Recommend and implement best practices for HR and talent management processes.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field.- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support, with a focus on Employee Central (EC) and Compensation modules.- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors configuration, integration, and customization.- Strong understanding of HR and talent management processes, including employee data management, organizational management, compensation planning, and performance management.- Experience with SAP implementation projects, including system configuration, testing, and data migration.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Employee Central (EC) and Compensation modules is preferred.
