Description:
Responsibilities :- Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to drive team collaboration and accountability.- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team productivity and progress towards sprint goals.- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and other key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.- Lead by example and promote a positive and inclusive team culture that values transparency, accountability, and respect.- Act as a change agent, driving Agile transformation initiatives and promoting Agile adoption across the organization.Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent Agile certification.- Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading large teams (20+ members) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.- Experience with Agile tools and frameworks, such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.- Passion for continuous improvement and a willingness to embrace change and new challenges.
