About the job :Overview :The SAP BW on HANA role is essential in leveraging SAP's HANA platform to enhance data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading processes. This position plays a crucial role in optimizing data warehousing solutions and supporting advanced analytics within the organization.Key Responsibilities :- Design and develop complex SAP BW on HANA data models.- Implement and maintain ETL processes using SAP BW.- Optimize data loading and querying performance on SAP HANA.- Create and maintain ABAP routines for data transformations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.- Ensure data integrity and consistency within the SAP BW on HANA environment.- Implement and maintain data security measures.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP BW on HANA issues.- Develop and maintain technical documentation.- Participate in system testing and performance tuning activities.- Stay updated with the latest SAP BW on HANA best practices and technologies.- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.- Participate in the continuous improvement of data management processes.- Assist in the integration of SAP BW on HANA with other systems and applications.Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience in SAP BW on HANA implementation and support.- Strong proficiency in SAP BW data modeling and development.- Expertise in SAP HANA data provisioning and optimization.- In-depth knowledge of ETL processes and tools within the SAP environment.- Proficiency in ABAP programming for SAP BW on HANA.- Excellent understanding of SAP business processes and data structures.- Ability to analyze complex data and troubleshoot data-related issues.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP BW on HANA solutions.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Certifications in SAP BW and HANA are highly desirable.- Experience in system integration and data governance is a plus.- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
