Experience : 2 - 7 YearsMinimum Qualification : Any GraduateSkills : SuccessFactors, SAP HCMRole : IT ConsultantLocation : NoidaJob Description :- Understand the values and vision of the organization and align the activities accordingly- Protect the Intellectual Property- Adhere to all the policies and procedures- Understand the delivery process and participate in the client related support.- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects- Positive attitude and zeal to learn is a must requirement.- SAP S/4 HANA experience will be an added advantage.- Must have knowledge of EC, & Indian Payroll implementation experience- Must have knowledge of OM, PA, TM & Indian Payroll implementation- ESS, MSS, EP, Travel Management implementation experience will be an added advantage.- Experience of Success factors will be an added advantage.- Knowledge of HR ABAP will be an added advantage.- Consultant should be well-versed with all the integrated modules like FI- Shall be able to implement Indian Payroll independently- Must have successfully implemented 1+ end to end implementation projects in manufacturing domain.- The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of respective module to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.- Must have working experience on Indian Companies.- Must be from North India (Hindi - English Speaking) only.
