Job Description :Responsibilities :- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, and drive improvements in supply chain processes through data analytics.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in analyzing business requirements and translating them into Analytics projects.- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the successful conversion of requirements into technical specifications.- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues impacting business processes and recommend corrective actions or process improvements to resolve issues.- Actively participate in meetings and discussions with client teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights.Technical Skills :- Experience in conducting root cause analysis to identify issues impacting supply chain processes.- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, lean manufacturing to recommend corrective actions and process enhancements.- Basic understanding of databases and ETL processes to translate business requirements into technical specifications.- Proficiency to use tools like Excel, Process mapping tools etc - Familiar with capabilities of tools like Tableau or Power BI to present insights effectively.Soft Skills : - Communication and presentation skills- Ability for critical thinking- Having a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving- Team working skills.
