Job Title : Quality SpecialistLocation : Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, PuneExperience : 7-11 yearsNotice Period : Immediate to 10 DaysJob Description :Key Responsibilities : - Utilize your extensive experience in the Software Quality Assurance field to drive quality initiatives across the organization.- Lead the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, including CMMI SVC 2.0, ISO 9001, ISO 20001, and ISO 14001.- Develop training assets and materials using MS PowerPoint to educate employees on quality standards, processes, and best practices.- Create and maintain process documentation ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.- Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.- Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements and drive continuous process enhancements.- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements related to quality management.Required Skills : - 7-11 years of overall experience in the Software Quality Assurance field.- Hands-on experience with CMMI SVC 2.0, ISO 9001, ISO 20001, and ISO 14001.- Proficiency in creating training assets and presentations using MS PowerPoint.- Strong documentation skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.- In-depth knowledge of Software Quality Assurance principles and methodologies.- Experience with CMMI Level 5 and conducting SQA audits and consulting is highly desirable.Software Skills : - Software Quality Assurance- CMMI SVC- CMMI Level 5- SQA Audit and Consulting- Implementation of ISO 9000 and ISO 20000 standardsBenefits : - Competitive salary package with benefits.- Opportunities for career growth and development.- Dynamic and collaborative work environment.- Chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and industry experts.
