Job Description :Work as a SAP CRM Utilities Functional Consultant, responsible for various aspects of the CRM module implementation.b.Conduct client workshops to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM module functionalities.c.Prepare Business Blueprint (BBP) documents based on gathered requirements, outlining the scope and objectives of the CRM implementation.d.Configure SAP CRM according to business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and standards.e.Develop and document testing scenarios and test scripts to validate the functionality and performance of the CRM system.f.Prepare functional specifications for any custom-developed functionalities, detailing the requirements for development teams.g.Prepare cutover strategies for transitioning from existing systems to the SAP CRM solution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Requirements :- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CRM, with expertise in various components of CRM modules.- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM functionalities, including web client UI, base customizing, sales and marketing, and pricing.- Understanding of end-to-end processes in utilities industries, with a focus on how CRM solutions support business operations.- Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation project of SAP CRM, demonstrating the ability to deliver successful CRM solutions.- Strict adherence to CRM skills without flexibility, showcasing deep expertise and specialization in CRM functionalities.- Strong educational background in computer science or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding complex business processes and SAP technologies.- Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions, demonstrating the ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
