Job Description :- 8 -10 years of software industry experience involving hands-on work with SAAS applications. - 2-3 years of experience in Technical Project Management or Professional Services leadership roles.- Hands on technical knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Technologies will be a distinct advantage.- Experience with BI, Data Management will be a plus.- Experience building and delivering applications for a software platform.- Lead and manage project teams to achieve customer objectives on time and within budget while escalating issues or conflicts that may impact those timelines and budgets.- Develop project and program management tools and processes to achieve the business goals for the customer.- Work collaboratively with sales, product teams and engineering teams.- Ensure the quality and timeliness of the work-product delivered to the customers.- Create work-breakdown structure, estimation and project plans for discussion with sales teams and customers. - This would include bug fixes, new functional development, customer migrations from 3rd party software platforms to Injala's platform or co-development of new ideas for customer success.- Develop data extracts and new reports based on the Injala software platform. This will require deep understanding of the platform to succeed in the role.- Effective communication about technical and business needs and results with internal and external stakeholders.- Prepare high quality technical documentation for each assignment and work-product.
