Description:
Responsibilities :- Lead and drive technical programs related to DevOps, HOS, and HISO initiatives within the organization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and security to define and execute program objectives and milestones.- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects.- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and track progress against goals.- Implement best practices and standards for hypervisor management, security operations, and DevOps processes.- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.- Design and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible playbooks.- Utilize containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Jinja2 for deploying and managing applications.- Develop scripts and automation tools using programming languages including JavaScript, Python, and BashScript.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, tools, and workflows.Qualifications :Primary Skills :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager with expertise in DevOps, HOS, and HISO.- Strong knowledge of hypervisors such as VMware and OpenStack.- Proficiency in frameworks like SonarQube for code quality and security analysis.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Jinja2.- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Ansible, Terraform, Python, and BashScript.Secondary Skills :- Experience with Python programming language is desirable.Good to Have :- Experience with Ansible and Terraform.- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
