Description:
As PMO :- Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that project plans are developed, tracked, and executed effectively.- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.- Track project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues.- Monitor project performance against key metrics and deliverables.- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.As Scrum Master :- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.- Ensure that Agile principles and practices are followed by the development team.- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress.- Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.- Track and report on team velocity and other Agile metrics.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Agile team.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects as a PMO.- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading Agile development teams.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and Agile principles.- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
