Job Description :We are looking for a Quality Analyst for HRMS Implementation project in US/Canada geo. Details below : - 4-6 yrs of solid experience as a Quality Analyst in IT organizations covering complete SDLC.- Write Functional, Integration and Regression test cases from the analysis of requirements document. - Actively participate in the discussions with the stakeholders, vendors and technical teams, drive testing across teams, get the issues resolved. - Defect logging and tracking - Track test progress, create test status report - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills. - Experience with testing management tools, Excel, Share Point, version controlling of documents. - Willingness to work overlapping with US timezoneDesirable : - Experience in HRMS domain areas: Employee Central, Onboarding / Offboarding, Learning, Performance Management, Succession.- Product implementation experience.- Experience working in BA-QA role (ref:hirist.tech)
