Job Description :12+ years of experience needed for this role, We are looking for a hands-on Technical architect who is good on coding in Java + microservices . Coforge is seeking a skilled and experienced Java Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust and scalable solutions using Java and Kafka. You will be responsible for leading technical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software, and providing architectural guidance.Key Responsibilities :1. Architectural Design : Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable solutions using Java and Kafka technologies.2. Team Leadership : Lead a team of developers and engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the successful implementation of projects.3. System Integration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Kafka-based solutions into existing systems and applications.4. Requirements Analysis : Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architectural designs.5. Code Review : Perform code reviews and provide feedback to team members to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.6. Performance Optimization : Identify performance bottlenecks and work on optimizing Kafka-based solutions for optimal throughput and latency.7. Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and process flowcharts.8. Security and Compliance : Ensure that solutions adhere to security standards and compliance requirements, implementing necessary measures to protect data and systems.9. Troubleshooting : Investigate and resolve technical issues and system failures in a timely manner.10. Stay Current : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Kafka and Java technologies, recommending and implementing best practices.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or a similar role with experience in Java and Kafka.- Strong expertise in Java programming, including Java 8 or later.- In-depth knowledge of Apache Kafka, including Kafka Streams and Kafka Connect.- Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices architecture.- Excellent understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and messaging patterns.- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.- Relevant certifications (e.g., Kafka Certification, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
