Skills: - Proficient in developing quality software and web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks - Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze and maintain existing software applications - Ability to design highly scalable, testable code that adheres to best practices and industry standards - Experience in debugging and troubleshooting to discover and fix programming bugs efficiently - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively Responsibilities: - Develop high-quality software and web applications by following coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Analyze existing software applications to identify areas for improvement and maintenance. - Design scalable and testable code architecture to ensure the reliability and performance of software products.- Debug and troubleshoot issues to discover and fix programming bugs in a timely manner. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development to continuously improve skills and stay competitive. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget. - Communicate project status, issues, and challenges effectively to stakeholders and team members. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 5 - 6 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on web applications. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar. - Experience with modern web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
