Role : NLP EngineerExp - 4-6 YearsCurrently Remote for next 6months -1 YrOnly Immediate JoinersWe are seeking a talented NLP Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an NLP Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing NLP solutions to extract valuable insights from unstructured data, improve text understanding, and enhance the functionality of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, data science, and engineering to deliver high-impact solutions that drive business success.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy NLP models and algorithms to extract insights from text data and improve text understanding within our products.- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training to optimize NLP performance.- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate NLP components into end-to-end data pipelines.- Continuously evaluate and improve NLP models by experimenting with new techniques, algorithms, and tools.- Work closely with product management to understand customer needs and translate them into NLP requirements and features.- Develop scalable and efficient NLP solutions that meet the performance and reliability requirements of our SaaS products.- Conduct code reviews, write technical documentation, and provide mentorship to junior team members.- Stay current with the latest advancements in NLP research and technologies, and actively contribute to the knowledge sharing within the team.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in developing NLP solutions and applications.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.- Solid understanding of NLP fundamentals including text preprocessing, tokenization, part-of-speech tagging, named entity recognition, and sentiment analysis.- Experience with popular NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, especially in the context of NLP (e.g., word embeddings, sequence modeling, attention mechanisms).- Experience with deploying NLP models in production environments using containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Location : [Location of the company] (ref:hirist.tech)
