Job Description :As a WebMethods Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using Software AG's webMethods platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in webMethods development, with expertise in integration technologies and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using webMethods platform.- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.- Develop and maintain webMethods components such as adapters, triggers, and services.- Configure and optimize integration processes to ensure performance and scalability.- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.- Document technical designs, implementation details, and best practices.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in integration and middleware.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 4+ years of experience in webMethods development.- Proficiency in webMethods Integration Server, Broker, and Universal Messaging.- Strong understanding of integration concepts and technologies such as EAI, ESB, and SOA.- Experience with web services, XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs.- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications :- Software AG Certified webMethods Developer (CWM) certification.- Experience with webMethods BPM and/or API Gateway.- Knowledge of cloud integration platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).- Experience with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker).Benefits :- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.- Retirement savings plan with employer matching.- Flexible work hours and remote work options.- Professional development opportunities and training programs.- Fun and collaborative work environment with team outings and events.- Join our team and be part of a company that values innovation, teamwork, and personal growth.
