Role : UI Lead - AngularExp : 8+ YrsJob location : Hyderabad (Work From Office)Only Immediate Joiners.Only Product Companies and Midsized Start UpsJob Description :- Lead the UI development efforts, providing technical guidance and mentorship to the front-end development team.- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient UI solutions.- Architect, design, and implement user interfaces using Angular/React frameworks, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and scalability.- Drive best practices in UI development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in front-end development, incorporating new tools and techniques to enhance the product's UI/UX.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality code.- Work closely with the QA team to ensure comprehensive test coverage and participate in the resolution of UI-related issues.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.- Proven experience (X years) as a UI developer, with a focus on Angular/React development.- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.- Extensive hands-on experience with Angular (versions X.X) and/or React (versions X.X).- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end interfaces with backend services.- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.- Experience leading or mentoring a team of front-end developers.- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and continuous learning.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with UI testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, Jest, or Enzyme.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.- Contributions to open-source projects or participation in developer communities.
