Job Description :We are seeking a highly motivated Automation Test Lead to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in the field of software testing.Responsibilities :Design, implementation, and roll-out of Playwright as a test automation frameworkActively write automation test scripts using PlaywrightOwn automation testing across all our development teams (pods)Own the integration of automated testing with our CI/CD Pipeline and Reporting Dashboards (JIRA)Work closely with the Product teams to identify new automation opportunitiesWork closely with backend and frontend engineers to communicate the data and UI changes needed for automationSupport QA Engineers to accelerate test automation by training them, conducting code reviews, and solving technical issuesQualification/Skills :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5-8 years of overall software development/ quality assurance experience the majority in QA Automation with a minimum of 2 years experience in handing a teamAdvanced or expert-level knowledge with Playwright, an end-to-end testing automation framework, OR advanced experience with a Javascript-based automation solutionStrong programming experience, preferably in JavaScript Experience testing modern web applications built with ReactFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelinesExperience testing using Chrome dev toolsComfortable with project management tools like JIRA (ref:hirist.tech)
