ESSENTIAL & ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :- Design, document, and configure Ping products to align with Technological and Operational business needs.- Maintain fluidity between Ping products and act as SME to guide strategies- Manage compliance with GDPR and CCPA using Ping Data Governance and Ping Data Proxy- Troubleshoot and provide remediation to issues that may arise in a Production environment- Maintain uptime, provide recommendations based on volume metrics for infrastructure needs- Work alongside Technology and Platform Engineering leaders to solve complex problems.II. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :- 5+ years configuring Ping suite of products- Certification desiredIII. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :- Deep understanding of Ping Federate, Ping Directory, Ping Data Governance, Ping Data Proxy, Ping ID MFA, Ping One and Ping Delegated Admin- Strong understanding of LDAP & DIT and ability to configure Ping Federate Adapters and map LDAP attributes- Strong understanding of Selectors, Authentication Policy Contracts, Authentication Policies and Policy Contract Mapping for Contract Fulfilment- Proven experience configuring HTML Form Adapters including advanced features- Understanding of configuring OAuth Clients and determining strategic policy trees- Experience configuring SP Adapters and SAML2 for Federation with external clients acting as an IDP- Strong understanding and proven experience with MFA, specifically Ping ID Mobile- Knowledgeable of Ping One tenants and configuring Dock against LDAP and linking to Ping Federate- Strong understanding of Authentication strategies such as OAuth2, OIDC and Scope attributes- Understanding of Delegated Admin configuration and mapping to LDAP attributes for support staff needs- Identity First Adapter experience desired- Configuration of Notification services in Ping Federate such as Email for OTP & OTLPosition : L3 - Ping Admin in Ping Federate such as Email for OTP & OTL (ref:hirist.tech)
