Job Description :- Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, with experience in designing and implementing solutions tailored to business requirements.Development : Strong expertise in Salesforce development technologies, including Visualforce Pages (VF), Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), as well as Apex classes, triggers, and batch classes.Lightning Experience : Experience in developing Lightning Pages, Lightning Flows, and utilizing Lightning components to enhance user experience and productivity.Integration : Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external systems using API classes, wrapper classes, and web services (REST/SOAP), ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation.Security : Understanding of Salesforce security model, including Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD), sharing rules, and field-level security, to implement robust security controls.Configuration and Customization : Ability to configure Salesforce features and customize functionality to meet business requirements, while adhering to best practices and considering scalability and maintainability.Unit Testing and Deployment : Experience in writing and executing unit tests, as well as deploying changes between environments using Salesforce tools like Change Sets or Salesforce DX.Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in Agile teams to deliver solutions iteratively and incrementally.Version Control : Proficiency in version control systems like GIT or Bitbucket, ensuring proper management of source code and collaborative development practices.Optional Skills : Additional Clouds : Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, or Einstein Analytics, enhancing the range of solutions offered to clients.Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) : Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools to automate the build, test, and deployment processes, improving development efficiency and quality.Design Patterns : Understanding of design patterns and architectural principles to design scalable, maintainable, and extensible Salesforce solutions.Responsibilities : Solution Design : Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, considering business requirements, best practices, and scalability, while taking ownership of the solution architecture.Best Practices : Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and design principles while architecting and developing solutions, promoting maintainability and extensibility.Complex Problem Solving : Analyze complex business problems and design innovative solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities and technologies.
