Overview: The SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) position is crucial to our organization as it involves managing and integrating HR processes and data. The role plays a vital part in optimizing HR operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.Key Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain SAP HCM functionalities.- Customize and configure SAP HCM modules to meet business requirements.- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.- Execute end-to-end HR module implementations.- Support and enhance the SAP HCM system to optimize HR processes.- Perform system testing and resolve technical issues.- Train HR personnel on system functionalities and updates.- Ensure proper integration of SAP HCM with other HR and finance systems.- Manage and support payroll processes within SAP HCM.- Provide expertise in Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) functionalities.- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.- Develop and maintain system documentation and process flows.- Assist in the design and implementation of security and authorization concepts.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.- Stay updated with SAP HCM best practices and new features.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- Proven experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.- Proficiency in SAP HCM configuration and customization.- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.- Experience in SAP Payroll configuration and processing.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP HCM.- Familiarity with Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service functionality.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Certification in SAP HCM is preferred.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.- Understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.- Knowledge of SAP integration with other HR systems.We are hiring for a 25+ years experienced SAP consulting company, winner of SAP ACE Award 2018, SAP ACE Award 2019 & SAP ACE Award 2020 for operational excellence in manufacturing & 30 + Implementation of SAP S/4 HANA is now looking for SAP SD consultant for supporting its rapid growth in North India .- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to success.- Extensive experience and proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA, with a deep understanding of its functionalities and applications.- Thorough knowledge and expertise in all sales processes, including GST, Export, Domestic, STO, and Trading, within the SAP SD modules.- Proficiency in SD modules encompassing Master Data management, Material Info Record, Configuration of Conditions, Pricing Procedure, Shipping Point Determination, Return Process, Free Goods, Free of Charge Delivery, Credit Memo, Debit Memo Requests, Credit Management, Consignment Fill-up, Issue, Return, and Picking.- Familiarity with Export documentation procedures is considered advantageous.- Ability to effectively integrate SD with other SAP modules such as FI, Document Type Public MM, and PP to ensure seamless business processes.- Experience in leading end-to-end SAP implementation projects would be a significant advantage.- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in integrating E-invoicing and E-way Bill functionalities with SAP.- Previous employment with an Indian Company, providing hands-on Experience With Indian Statutory Requirements.- Proficiency in SAP implementation methodologies and processes (ASAP, Activate, AS IS, TO BE, Fit Gap, BBP, UAT, IT, Cut Over, Go Live) with strong documentation capabilities.- Prior experience specifically within Indian Companies is highly desirable.- Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory.- Candidate must be based in North India.Skills: Payroll, Sap, Hcm Processes & Forms.
