Job Title : SAP PM ArchitectLocation : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJob Description :We are looking for a skilled SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Architect who will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP PM solutions for our clients in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP PM module along with expertise in architecting and delivering end-to-end SAP solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PM solutions.Key Responsibilities :1. Lead the design and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.2. Provide architectural guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.4. Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate SAP PM capabilities and gather business requirements.5. Develop functional and technical specifications, including customization and configuration documents.6. Configure SAP PM module settings to support maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting.7. Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.8. Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams.9. Stay updated on the latest SAP PM trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SAP PM module.Qualifications :1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, Master's degree preferred.2. Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance module implementation and support.3. Proven experience as an SAP PM Consultant or Architect, with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations.4. Strong knowledge of SAP PM configuration, including equipment master data, maintenance orders, notifications, and preventive maintenance.5. Experience with integration between SAP PM and other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM).6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.8. SAP certification in Plant Maintenance module is a plus.9. Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, or oil & gas is desirable.10. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous. (ref:hirist.tech)
