About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end CRM solutions on the D365 CE platform. You will act as a technical mentor, guide the development team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business needs.Responsibilities:- Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive D365 CE solutions, considering business requirements, industry best practices, and future scalability.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting best practices in coding, solution architecture, and development standards.- Develop robust integration strategies and design solutions to seamlessly connect D365 CE with internal systems, third-party applications, and external data sources.- Design and implement an optimized data model within D365 CE, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and optimal performance.- Define security models and access control strategies to ensure adherence to relevant security and data privacy regulations.- Possess a deep understanding of core business processes in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations.- Demonstrate proficiency in customizing and configuring D365 CE using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI to enhance functionality.- Leverage expertise in data migration strategies, data modeling, and data integration to ensure efficient data management within the CRM platform.- Proven track record of successfully managing the entire project lifecycle for at least 2-3 D365 CE implementations.Technical Skills:- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development and implementation.- Expertise in core CRM platform functionalities (Scripting, Plugins, Workflows, Dialogs, Client Extensions, SDK).- Strong understanding of SSRS and CRM reporting capabilities.- Proven experience in ASP.NET programming using C# (MVC, Web API).- Solid foundation in database concepts and object-oriented analysis and design principles within an SDLC environment.- In-depth knowledge of D365 CE security and access control mechanisms.- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, and JavaScript for UI development and customization.Additional Requirements:- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.Must-have: Functional knowledge of all core Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules.Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM certifications.Flexible working hours available.
