Job Title : Performance Testing EngineerLocation : HyderabadExperience : Minimum 3 yearsBudget : 30-40% hike on current salaryResponsibilities :- Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter and other relevant tools.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application performance requirements and design appropriate test scenarios.- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks, system limitations, and other issues.- Provide recommendations for performance optimization and scalability improvements.- Develop and maintain performance test frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.- Create comprehensive performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.- Participate in the continuous improvement of the performance testing process and tools.- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques related to performance testing.Required Skills :- Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter.- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (E365) suite.- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues.- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Preferred Skills :- Certification in performance testing (e.g., ISTQB Performance Testing Certification).- Experience with other performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, Gatling, or NeoLoad.- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Shell, or PowerShell.Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
