About the Role:We are searching for a highly skilled Sailpoint Integration Engineer to join our team. You will play a critical role in integrating various applications with our Sailpoint Identity Governance platform, ensuring seamless user access management. This role requires a strong understanding of Sailpoint, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), and experience with both out-of-the-box and custom connectors. You will also leverage your Java skills to develop custom integrations when necessary.Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement integrations between Sailpoint and various applications using a variety of methods (delimited, Webservice, LDAP, JDBC, SAP, Unix, Oracle Direct, Custom)- Analyze existing OIM configurations and document integration requirements- Develop custom connectors using Java for applications where out-of-the-box connectors are not available- Maintain and troubleshoot existing Sailpoint integrations- Collaborate with internal teams (Security, Applications) to ensure successful integration implementation- Stay up-to-date on the latest Sailpoint features and best practicesQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- 4-8 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM)- In-depth knowledge of Sailpoint Identity Governance platform- Proven experience with OIM and its integration capabilities- Strong understanding of various application integration methods (delimited, Webservice, LDAP, JDBC, etc.)- Experience with developing custom connectors using Java (basic to moderate level)- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Strong communication and collaboration skills (ref:hirist.tech)
