Job Description :We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer proficient in utilizing Katalon Studio, Java, and Appium to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts for both web and mobile applications. Additionally, familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities :Develop and execute automated test scripts using Katalon Studio, Java, and Appium for web and mobile applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test scenarios, identify test cases, and prioritize testing activities.Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency.Conduct API testing using Postman to validate endpoints, data integrity, and system integration.Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.Continuously research and evaluate new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve automation practices.Document test cases, test results, and automation processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in automated testing using Katalon Studio, Java, and Appium.Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or similar.Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
