About the job :Role : UI/UX engineerExperience : 6-10 yearsNotice Period : Max 30 daysKey Responsibilities :- Should lead the UI/UX design process from concept to delivery, including wire-framing, prototyping and visual design.- Should be responsible of creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (for web and mobile applications) while ensuring exceptional user experiences across various digital platforms.- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.Technical Experience :- Experience with design tools like Sketch/InVision studio/Photo.io/Axure/Figma/Adobe XD or similar.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color and layout.- Experience Collaborating with developers to ensure design feasibility and effectively communicate design specs through design hand-off tools.- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.- Experience working with internationalization and localization best practices to design scalable and culturally relevant user experiences.- Ability to articulate and defend design decisions based on user research, usability testing and data driven insights.- Experience designing for complex user flows and information architecture, particularly in enterprise-level applications or B2B Platforms.- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Professional Attributes :1.
