Roles & Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain Java web applications utilizing core Java, JSP, and the Struts framework, ensuring functionality and performance.- Implement front-end development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.- Integrate web applications with Oracle databases, managing data retrieval, storage, and manipulation.- Deploy web applications in Apache Tomcat server environments, ensuring smooth operation and performance optimization.- Utilize Java tools and utilities to create JAR/WAR files and perform deployment processes efficiently.- Configure and host Java web applications on Linux servers, managing server-side operations and ensuring compatibility and performance.- Maintain a well-organized project structure, adhering to best practices and standards for ease of maintenance and collaboration.- Configure and manage XML-based configuration files for application settings, ensuring flexibility and scalability.- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, effectively communicating technical concepts and collaborating with team members.- Provide technical leadership within the team, guiding and mentoring junior developers, and driving technical excellence and innovation within projects.
