Work Location : RemoteJob Description :We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in CSM (Customer Service Management), FSM (Field Service Management), HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery), and preferably ITSM (IT Service Management). As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet our organization's specific needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to utilize their technical skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities :- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including CSM, FSM, HRSD, and ITSM modules.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Design and implement effective workflows, forms, and integrations.- Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely resolutions.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, specifications, and test plans.- Support end-users with training and ongoing technical assistance.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specifically in CSM, FSM, HRSD, and ITSM.- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API.- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, reporting, and data integrations.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CSM, FSM, HRSD, or ITSM, are a plus.
