Note : Only Immediate joinerRole : Service NowLocation : Bengaluru / ChennaiExperience : 6 to 10 yearsMandatory Skills : ITAM, ITOMGood to have : HRSD, GRC, VRMCertifications : CIS in VRM OR SecOps or HAM & CSADescription : As a ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and CSM Resource, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Service Now IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective ITOM, ITSM, and CSM solutions.Roles & Responsibilities :Designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management. Implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Configuration Management. Deploying and customizing ServiceNow CSM modules to streamline customer service processes and improve customer satisfaction. Developing ServiceNow Service Portal solutions to provide intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for both internal users and customers. Collaborating with clients to gather requirements, identify gaps, and develop solutions to address their IT Operations, Service Management, and Customer Service challenges. Performing system integration activities with other ITOM, ITSM, and CSM tools and third-party systems. Creating and maintaining technical documentation including design specifications, deployment plans, and operational procedures. Providing ongoing support and trouble (ref:hirist.tech)
