For a $75M series C funded Fintech Product company HQ in Bangalore, we are looking for a top notch Tech Lead Engineers with proven technical, leadership and delivery skills to lead the team in designing and developing the next generation of API endpoints used by millions in a dynamic environment.Job Responsibilities:- Overall responsibility and accountability for backend Go services code on AWS lambda- Convert product requirements into actionable and tangible items for all stakeholders- Overall API Design - code, performance, security- Release estimation, planning and timely integration with other stakeholders (product, app, frontend, ui/ux etc)- Performance fixes and optimisation- DB schema design and finalisation- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new best practices to maximize development quality, efficiency and Code review- Build modular, efficient, testable, and reusable Golang code- Integration with third party solutions/services with JSON data via REST API calls.Skills And Qualifications:- Strong in GoLang and ReactJS- Excellent Data Structure and Design Patterns.- Strong knowledge of AWS services and their working- In-depth experience in micro-services / serverless architecture- Strong logical reasoning and programming skills.- Strong knowledge of JSON data handling- Understanding database schemas that represent and support business processes- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/Github- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification preferred.Qualification: - BE / B.Tech from Tier 1/ Tier 2 Institutes and experience preferably in Fintech background.Experience:- 6-7 years of experience for Tech (Module) Lead- 8-10 years of experience for Sr. Tech Lead (ref:hirist.tech)
