Security Compliance Role :Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain a comprehensive security compliance program aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.- Lead the implementation and enforcement of security policies, procedures, and controls across the organization.- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with security policies and identify areas for improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remediate security gaps and vulnerabilities in a timely manner.- Stay updated on emerging security threats, trends, and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies during compliance assessments and audits.- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on security best practices and compliance requirements.- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees to promote a culture of security within the organization.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the security compliance program.- Mentor and coach junior members of the security compliance team, fostering their professional growth and development.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certifications are highly desirable.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security compliance.- In-depth knowledge of security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-53, IRDA, HIPAA,SOC 2 etc.- Proven experience leading security compliance initiatives in a complex organizational environment.- Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.- Proficiency in conducting security assessments, audits, and gap analyses.- Experience working with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
