Job Overview :We are looking for a talented Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ruby on Rails development and a passion for building scalable web applications. As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will work closely with our engineering team to design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions for our clients.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails framework.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.- Stay updated on the latest Ruby on Rails trends and technologies.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer or in a similar role.- Strong understanding of Ruby language and Ruby on Rails framework.- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.- Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL queries.- Familiarity with Git version control system.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Good communication and teamwork abilities.- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and writing unit tests using RSpec or similar frameworks.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.- Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).- Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects on GitHub.
