Company : BIG 4 MNCWe are seeking a talented SFDC Development + Ncino Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Development with expertise in Ncino, a cloud-based banking software platform. As an SFDC Development + Ncino Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within Salesforce and Ncino to meet our organization's needs.Responsibilities :- Design and develop Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements.- Implement and customize Ncino functionalities to align with organizational processes.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and processes.- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.- Develop custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.- Implement Ncino objects, workflows, and business rules as per business needs.- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce and Ncino best practices.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and Ncino implementations.Requirements :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience in Salesforce Development with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and capabilities.- Experience with Ncino development and configuration is mandatory.- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.- Familiarity with Salesforce integration techniques (REST, SOAP, Bulk API, etc.).- Knowledge of Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, VS Code, and Git.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.- Salesforce and Ncino certifications are a plus.
