Description:
The Salesforce Technical Lead will be responsible for leading and managing Salesforce projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration. This role requires hands-on experience in leading Salesforce development teams, architecting solutions, and implementing best practices.Key Responsibilities :Solution Architecture and Design :- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.- Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including data model design, workflow automation, and integration with external systems.- Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow Builder) and programmatic development (Apex, Lightning Web Components).Team Leadership and Project Management :- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and support throughout the project lifecycle.- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure successful execution of Salesforce projects within budget and schedule.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.Salesforce Development and Customization :- Develop custom Salesforce components including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.- Customize Salesforce platform features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to meet business requirements.- Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and integration tools such as MuleSoft or Salesforce Connect.Quality Assurance and Testing :- Define and implement testing strategies for Salesforce projects, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of Salesforce issues, and provide timely resolution to ensure system stability and reliability.Release Management and Deployment :- Manage Salesforce release cycles and deployment processes, including sandbox management, version control, and change set deployments.- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for Salesforce development using tools such as Salesforce DX, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.- Coordinate with release management teams to ensure smooth and successful deployment of Salesforce changes across environments.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing :- Document technical designs, implementation details, and configuration settings for Salesforce solutions.- Share knowledge and best practices with team members through code reviews, tech talks, and internal training sessions.Contribute to the Salesforce community by sharing insights, code samples, and best practices through forums, blogs, or open-source projects.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration.- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (PD1/PD2), Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201/ADM211), or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are required.- Proven experience in leading Salesforce development teams and managing Salesforce projects from inception to delivery.- Deep understanding of Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization techniques.- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira, or Agile Accelerator is preferred.
